Performance Training

Small group setting. Strength, power, mobility, and proprioception. Those are the fundamentals.

Personal Training

This is where it gets personal. Literally. The training done in this modality is tailored to you, the focus is you.

Exclusive training with your team or large group.

Speed & Agility

“If you want to run faster, run faster.” This is a class where we specially work on increasing speed and agility. Simple as that.
